One of Samsung’s most popular mid-range phones is about to get even better. Of course, we’re talking about the newly leaked Galaxy A52s, which will replace the top-selling Galaxy A52. The phone packs five cameras and looks like a high-end device, only without the $1,200 price tag. Here’s what we know so far.

According to WinFuture, the Galaxy A52s could arrive before the end of August. While it’ll look almost identical to the previous model, it’ll have a lot more bang for your buck. The Galaxy A52s should come with the same 6.5-inch 120Hz SuperAMOLED display with a 1080p resolution. In addition, this upgraded model will still have quad cameras on the back and an in-display selfie camera on the front, too.

Looks and style aside, the big changes are on the inside. Apparently, their sources suggest Samsung’s latest A52s will get the new and improved Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G processor with 5G, which delivers up to 35-percent improved performance over the previous older Snapdragon 750G chipset.

Along with an upgraded chipset, you can expect better performance throughout, even if the 64-megapixel main camera is the same as its predecessor. The cameras are a 64MP main camera, 12MP ultrawide, and two 5MP cameras for bokeh and macro shots. The 6.5-inch screen gets power from a 4,500 mAh battery with USB-C 25W fast charging, and it’s even IP67 dust and water-resistant.

Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy A52s might not be as exciting as the Galaxy Z Fold 3 or Flip 3, but it’ll probably cost around $499 like the original, so it’s definitely worth considering.
